Information for New Students

We strongly encourage submitting your child's Application between February and March. 

It is required for all students to have health examination forms completed before start of school.
Please make sure the lead screening is complete, the TB test, and the chicken pox vaccination.

*DCFS requires that each new child enrolling in preschool presents a notarized birth certificate. That means one having a copy with a raised seal. When you bring it, we will make a copy and return it to you.

*The annual supply fee is a one time fee each school year.

*School Year begins the day after Labor Day.

*Early Care will be available each day from 8-8:30 am. The cost is $5 per morning.
